What data we process

This website has no forms, requires no registration, and uses no advertising tools. We do not track visitors.

When you visit the site, technical data needed to display it and keep it secure is processed automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time of access and the page requested. This data is processed by the providers that host the site and deliver its images (see “Processors”).

Visitor analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no visitor profiles. It records only aggregate data: pages visited, country, device and browser type, and the referring site. Your IP address is not used to identify you.

If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), to keep the website running, secure and protected against abuse.

We process aggregate visitor data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Cookies and browser storage

This website only uses the essential cookies and browser storage it needs to work. These do not require consent.

  • Cookie notice record — remembers that you have seen the cookie notice, so it does not appear on every visit.
  • Selected filters and view (session storage) — keeps your filter settings as you move around the site.
  • Intro animation (session storage) — makes sure the intro animation plays only once per visit.
  • Scroll position on language switch (session storage) — returns you to the same place when you change language.

Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Some providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

The website links to our Instagram profile. Instagram is not embedded in the site, so no data is sent to Instagram when you visit. Once you follow the link, Instagram’s privacy policy applies.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.

  • Technical data from visits is kept by our providers only as long as needed to run and secure the website.
  • Email is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or carry out our work together. Where correspondence leads to a contract, it is kept for the periods set by the rules on retaining business records.
  • Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; the cookie notice record can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@pilotprojekt.si.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
